Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription Fees

prescriptionsRepeat prescriptions can be obtained by returning your itemised computer slip. Please bring or post this slip to reception. If you do not have a computer slip, the receptionist will be pleased to help you. We DO NOT take requests by telephone as mistakes can easily be made and such calls block the lines to emergency calls.

Prescription requests are processed each day, all of which have to be checked and signed by the doctors. It is necessary therefore to allow 2 working days before collecting prescriptions.

If you have difficulty getting to the surgery to request or collect your prescription due to injury or being housebound etc, there are several chemists locally who provide a collection and delivery service. Please ask at reception for details.
