Appointments

Check_throat To obtain an appointment, please telephone the surgery on the day that you wish to be seen. Please be prepared to attend on the morning that you contact the surgery. Should you wish to be seen during the evening surgery, due to work commitments, please also telephone the surgery in the morning. A late surgery is available on Monday evening until 8.00pm

We are able to offer both on-line appointments and a 24 hour automated telephone appointment line (telephone number 715645).  Please ask at reception for details.

If you need to make an appointment for a specific day, please inform the receptionist of this and you will be given a pre-bookable appointment. These appointments are for patients with commitments eg work and can be made up to four weeks in advance.

We also offer telephone consultations with all our doctors, for patients not requiring examination but for such things as test results, medication queries. Please ask the receptionist for details on how to arrange such a consultation.

When making an appointment, try and focus the consultation on a single problem. Attempting to cover a multitude of problems can lead to an unsatisfactory consultation for both the doctor and the patient. Therefore make it one problem per consultation, please.
