Welcome to Hartshill Surgery Online

We are a group practice with three full-time GPs and one part-time GP providing a high standard of medical care to the population of Hartshill. Patients are welcome to see the doctor of their choice, but we would prefer if you would see the same doctor until a particular problem has resolved. We have a full complement of reception and clerical staff and our attached staff include Health Visitor, District Nursing Team, Community Midwife and Community Psychiatric Team.

All consulting and examination rooms are situated on the ground floor therefore providing accessibility for disabled patients. For patients with hearing difficulties and use of a text phone, you may contact the surgery by dialling 18001 01782 616587

IMPORTANT:   We will be changing our computer system in July.  If you are due to order your repeat prescription between 16th & 31st July, we would appreciate if possible, if you could request your medication by the 11th July.

Hartshill Surgery Annual Survey 2012

Our annual survey was recently carried out and we would like to thank all patients and members of the Hartshill Patient Group who took time to contribute to the survey and analyse the results.  Overall the results and comments were very positive. The main issues raised, and which we are hoping will be partially addressed with move to the new surgery , are problems with telephone access at 8.30am, parking, and waiting time in the practice.  For more details of our survey, please click here
